How billing works
- Each module has its own price per person per month. You pay for every module you switch on, for every person on your account, billed daily, plus VAT.
- The 7-day trial starts when the first module is switched on, not at signup.
- Your running total is on the Subscription tab in Settings, updated every day.
- You are invoiced monthly, and there is no card to start.
For example, 50 people on Scheduling and Desk & Space Booking for a whole month: 50 × (£0.97 + £1.19) = £108.00 plus VAT. Someone who joins or leaves mid-month is charged only for their days.

Questions
How much does intheOffice cost?
Scheduling £0.97, Desk & Space Booking £1.19 and Visitor Management £0.95, each per person per month, plus VAT. Advanced Scheduling is +£1.09 on top of Scheduling. For Reporting, talk to us. You pay for the people on your account, for each module you have switched on, and you can switch a module off at any time.
Is there a trial?
Yes. The 7-day trial covers every module and starts when you switch the first one on, not when you sign up, so you can add your people first.
Do I need a card or a contract?
No. You sign up with a work email or Microsoft sign-in, and there is no contract. Billing starts after the trial for the modules you keep on.
What happens to the bill when someone joins or leaves?
Usage is calculated daily, so a person who joins on the 20th is charged from the 20th, and a person you remove stops being charged the next day.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at the UK rate on the invoice.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export your schedule, the check-in and check-out log and your visitor list to CSV at any time, and when you leave, we delete your data and confirm it in writing within 28 working days, as the Data Processing Agreement says.
